How does UPI Scanner work?
Here's how it works in 5 simple steps:
  • Step 1: You integrate our API into your website/app
  • Step 2: When a customer wants to pay, you call our API to create an order
  • Step 3: We generate a unique dynamic QR code for that specific transaction
  • Step 4: Customer scans the QR code with any UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Step 5: Money is transferred directly to your bank account, and we notify you via webhook

The entire process takes just a few seconds, and you receive the money instantly in your bank account!

Is there really 0% transaction fee?
Yes, absolutely! 0% transaction fees means:
  • If a customer pays ₹1000, you receive exactly ₹1000
  • No hidden charges or deductions
  • No percentage cuts on transactions
  • You keep every single rupee your customers pay

Our pricing model: We charge a small monthly subscription fee based on your plan (number of QR codes, features, etc.). This allows us to offer 0% transaction fees, which is much more cost-effective than traditional payment gateways that charge 2-3% per transaction.

How long does it take to receive payments?
Payments are instant!

Since the money goes directly to your bank account via UPI (not through us), you receive it immediately - usually within seconds of the customer completing the payment.

How do I know when a payment is received?
We notify you in real-time via webhooks!

When a customer completes a payment:

  • Instant Webhook: We send a POST request to your configured webhook URL with payment details
  • Dashboard Notification: Payment appears in your merchant dashboard immediately
  • Email Notification: You receive an email confirmation (if enabled)
  • API Status Check: You can also check payment status anytime using our Check Order Status API

The webhook notification includes all important details: order ID, amount, UTR number, customer mobile, timestamp, and payment status.

Can I issue refunds?
Refunds are handled directly by you.

Since payments go directly to your bank account (we don't hold the money), refunds work differently:

  • Direct Refund: You can refund customers directly from your bank account via UPI or bank transfer
  • Your Control: You have full control over refund decisions and timing
  • No Waiting: No need to wait for payment gateway approval or processing
  • Transaction Record: Keep records of refunds in your system for accounting

This gives you more flexibility and control compared to traditional payment gateways where refunds must go through their system.

Are there any transaction limits?
Transaction limits depend on UPI regulations and your plan:
  • UPI Limit: Standard UPI transaction limit is ₹1,00,000 per transaction (set by NPCI)
  • Daily Limit: Depends on your customer's bank and UPI app settings
  • QR Code Limit: Based on your subscription plan (number of dynamic QR codes you can generate)
  • No Monthly Volume Limit: Process unlimited transaction value (no restrictions on total amount)
